1. Join The Cougars Men and Women

We are looking for Male and Female players for the forthcoming season. From beginners to experienced veterans - we cater for all.

We run 2 men's teams, 2 women's teams, touch team and youth teams from P1 to u18. We cater for all levels of rugby.

Our men's 1st team play in Tennents East League 2, our men's 2nd team in the Tennents East Region Reserve Development League.

Our women's 1st XV play in the Tennents Women's Premier League and our women's 2nd XV play in the Tennents Caledonia Midlands/East Region League 1

The senior teams generally train on a Tues and Thurs nights (1845 at Union Park) with games on a Saturday for the men, the women's games can be either Saturday or Sunday. We'd welcome anyone along on a training night to give it a go or find out if we're the right club for you.

We're easy to get to from the centre of Edinburgh and the Gyle Business Park as we are on the tram line. We're also not far from some main bus routes.

If you don't fancy playing we welcome social members too!
