Based along the road at Sauchiebank, just off Russell Road, the CrossFit team will be helping our players prepare during preseason by providing 4 free Saturday sessions in the build up to the first preseason friendly against Dalziel on 13th August.

The great PT's at CrossFit Murrayfield will be on hand over these 4 weeks to put our men's and women's teams through their paces offering their expert advice. We already have a core of players and members who use CrossFit Murrayfield who have already made some great strides in their personal fitness.
