Want to really make a difference to women’s rugby in Scotland?

We have a great opportunity to lead the recent Scottish Women’s Premiership Champions, Corstorphine Cougars.

The successful candidate will sit on the club committee and work with our team to shape our Women and Girl’s strategy with core accountability for:
- Coaching and Team Management setup
- Acting as mentor to support the Women’s Leadership Team
- Setting and managing the budget for Women and Girls rugby
- Developing a Girls section to support the long term sustainability of the club
- Liaising and lobbying the SRU on all matters relating to the Women’s rugby
- Assisting in sourcing new sponsors to support the women’s team

Our club is in its 75th year and is currently undergoing a significant upgrade to our facilities at Union Park which will be finished around the end of the year. It’s therefore an exciting time to really make a difference.
