About Cougars Mini Rugby
What we offer is fun and games for boys and girls from the age of 5 to 11. P1 to P3 are touch only, P4,5,6,7 play SRU age grade variations. Our Coaches deliver rugby throughout the year at the local primary and secondary schools around the west of Edinburgh.

Games and training are on Sundays from 10:30am at Union Park. We travel to local rivals for training sessions and games, but we don't travel too far.

The first 3 sessions are free!

What do kids need?

• First time round you’ll need sportswear that you don’t mind getting dirty!
• Rugby/Football boots are needed - we usually have a bag of spares if required.
• From P4 onwards they’ll need a mouth guard - we carry a small supply for purchase but you can also get them at decathlon or online.
• Once you’ve paid subs we’ll arrange playing kit with you.
